At our monthly luncheon on August 9, 2007, FWAHU hosted a panel discussion to address the question about why health care is so expensive. Participants included Ken Doyle from Aetna, Gretchen Weber from Elite Wellness, and Celina Burns from Humana.
Healthcare Consumer Day
On September 8, 2006, FWAHU hosted a 2-hour event called “Healthcare Consumer Day.” Written and directed by Sharon Alt and Eric Johnson, this event featured several skits on health insurance. Following each skit, a guest speaker addressed the crowd.
