Tonya is a Vice President for Upshaw Insurance Agency in the Dallas Fort Worth Metroplex. She has over 25 years experience designing solutions for employee benefits. Today’s business environment demands enhanced value and cost efficiency that go beyond traditional lines of thinking, she has the knowledge and expertise to design a portfolio significant to each clients needs and desires.
Tonya’s focus and mission is to make a positive difference and inspire those she works with. She feels the nation’s current healthcare crisis can best be solved by helping the consumer be more aware and take action in the decisions they make. In 2006, 2007 & 2008 she obtained the National Association of Health Underwriter’s (NAHU) Golden Eagle Roundtable Award and is currently serving on the Board of Director’s for the Fort Worth Association of Health Underwriter’s (FWAHU) and has served on the board for Fellowship of Professional Women (FPW) and Women in Financial Services (WIFS) and Marketing Chair for the Greater Dallas Chamber of Commerce Annual Women’s Conference. She is actively involved in her local church, community and committed to the well being of her family.
